2. Services Description

ARENS Maintenance provides professional handyman and home maintenance services including but not limited to drywall repair, painting, deck repair, fence installation, lawn care, and pressure washing. Service availability may vary by location and season.

3. Estimates and Quotes

  • All estimates provided are preliminary and subject to change after on-site inspection.
  • Final quotes will be provided after assessing the actual scope of work.
  • Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  • Additional work discovered during service will require approval before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and electronic payments.
  • A deposit may be required for large projects.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.
  • ARENS Maintenance reserves the right to cancel services due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Warranty and Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • ARENS Maintenance is fully licensed and insured.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or hidden damage discovered during service.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and clear access to work areas.
  • Secure pets during service.
  • Notify us of any hazardous conditions or special requirements.
  • Provide accurate information about the property and required services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ARENS Maintenance and protected by copyright laws.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with Washington State law.

11. Changes to Terms

ARENS Maintenance reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
